1.2. Rights to the brand
The name “Cearitis”, as well as names, logos, domain names, and names of patented solutions are protected trademarks. Therefore, no reproduction, even partial, representation, or imitation is allowed without written authorization from Cearitis. Any infringement of this obligation constitutes the offense of counterfeiting, exposing its author to legal proceedings.
The user is prohibited from publishing content of any nature that would violate the law or a provision contained in these GTU and that would notably be likely to advocate crimes against humanity, incite racial hatred or child pornography or violence, or violate human dignity, or that would be protected by copyright, trade secret, or under any other intellectual property right belonging to third parties, or that would violate the right to privacy and/or the right to the image of a third party. The user remains solely responsible for the content they generate. The online publication of content by the user does not mean that Cearitis approves of said content. Cearitis does not perform any prior control over the content generated by the user. The letter must precisely define the subject of the request. The user must specify their name (possibly their username), include the link to the contentious content, describe in detail the contents whose removal is requested (in particular title, date, and time of the contents posted online), the reasons for which the removal is requested, and any other justifying element supporting the legitimacy of their request. The user must guarantee the accuracy and truthfulness of the information transmitted. Once precisely and sufficiently informed, Cearitis undertakes to promptly remove the illegal content.
Cearitis exercises no control over hyperlinks to websites published and/or managed by third parties that Cearitis may propose via the Site. The user thus acknowledges that Cearitis assumes no responsibility for the availability of these resources, particularly regarding their content.
In accordance with Article 5 of Directive 2002/58/EC amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, the implementation of cookies is strictly necessary for the provision of an information society service expressly requested by the user. Thus, the continuation of navigation on the Site constitutes agreement for the deposit of cookies on the user’s terminal.
